Completed in 1998, Ocean Club was the first of the condominium resort developments on Grace Bay beach. Developer Ron Oligher expanded upon the unqualified success of Ocean Club in 2000 with Ocean Club West. The Ocean Club resorts enjoy prime location in the Grace Bay area and are the most senior and established condo resort brand in the Turks & Caicos Islands. Guests at Ocean Club West can walk down the beach and use the Ocean Club facilities (and vice-versa).
