About Ocean Club Resorts

Ocean Club was the first operating condominium resort on Grace Bay beach.  The developer expanded upon the unqualified success of Ocean Club in 2000 with Ocean Club West, located right in the center of Grace Bay.  Both resorts enjoy prime location on Grace Bay beach.  Guests of one can walk down the beach and use the facilities at the other.  Ocean Club Resorts are known for their meticulous landscaping with tropical gardens bordering the powder soft white sand beach and their relaxed, family friendly atmosphere.  They continue to lead the way in terms of service and full resort amenities offered to owners and guests.  Ocean Club West is a little more central but don't forget that Ocean Club is right across the road from the Provo Golf Club.

Suites in both developments are either studios, one, two or three bedrooms.  Airconditioned interiors are spacious and equipped with kitchens, cable television, VCRs, direct-dial telephones, washers and dryers, etc.  Furniture and decorations can vary from one suite to the next but are generally contemporary / Caribbean in feel adding to the soothing, tropical ambiance.  Both resorts have restaurants, pools, a dive shop, a fitness center, a spa and a water sports department.  The management team have an established and successful rental program to maximize investor returns.
