About Seven Stars Resort

In terms of luxury and amenities the nearest comparables in the Turks & Caicos Islands for the Seven Stars Resort would be The Regent Palms and The Villas at Grace Bay Club, which are also on Grace Bay beach.  The Seven Stars Resort is located at the very center of downtown Grace Bay close to all amenities.  The resort provides what we believe are the best interior "living spaces" available on Grace Bay beach.  This is due in part to the unique floorplans, which provide more frontage per square foot than anything else on Grace Bay and floor to ceiling sliding glass doors which maximize interior light and views.  This is the perfect choice for someone who prioritizes having a wider living space providing comfortable separation of the dining and living areas.  The only comparables to the Seven Stars standard suites in this respect are condos with significantly larger floorplans such as the Estates at Grace Bay Club (where prices and maintenance costs are far higher).   

The Seven Stars grounds are also spectacular with a huge signature swimming pool surrounded by manicured lawns, red brick paved walkways and date palms.  The Sand Dollar pool-side cafe provides food and drinks. There are two tennis courts and watercraft on the beach specifically for guests and owners and a childrens playground area.  The Resort's events coordinator is there to help you organize special occasions. 

There have been successive changes in management since the Resort opened its doors in 2008.  That chopping and changing together with weak rentals figures for 2008 and 2009 ultimately affected condo sales and pricing in the resort.  The current team now seems to have got the balance right with great guest reviews, strong bookings through 2010, a popular new beach bar addition, on-site restaurant facility and spa in the works and an attentive friendly staff.  As a result, the Seven Stars Resort has seen a dramatic increase in interest in condo ownership and has lead the market in resales in 2010.
