The Palms is a $95 million, 72-suite boutique resort, situated on 12 landscaped acres with 460 linear feet of world-famous Grace Bay beach. It sold out a year before opening.

Five residential buildings feature exterior hand-cut Barbadian coral stone facing and hand-lit exterior gas lighting recreating the ambience of a refined Caribbean estate from a bygone era. The five-building complex surrounds a $1.8 million infinity pool with swim-up bar and restaurant. Inside, marble floors, milled crown moldings, wainscoting, mahogany furniture and Egyptian cotton bedding add to the air of elegance. The resort has high expectations to live up to but will undoubtedly be an architectural high-point in the Turks & Caicos for the forseeable future.
