attorney in the Republic of Ireland 1996;

of the Turks & Caicos Islands 1997;

Practiced law in
TCI with the associated law offices of Finbar F. Dempsey & Company
(Grand Turk) and Dempsey & Company (Provo) from 1997 until January
2007 when she retired from the practice of law to focus on Turks &
Caicos Property Ltd's expanding business.
Being a broker /
agent with an outstanding record in sales and a qualified attorney with
extensive relevant experience Bernadette has an in-depth knowledge of
the local real estate market and the legal framework it is built upon.
Given her professional background and experience she is comfortable and competent dealing with all types of real estate in the islands: condominiums, homes and
villas and residential and commercial land. She is a Rotarian; a
founder member of TCI Kidney Foundation; and was granted Belonger status
(Turks & Caicos Citizenship) in 2004.

licensed real estate agency in the Turks & Caicos Islands. TCP was
founded in August 2000 by its principals and agents
Bernadette Hunt
and Barry Dempsey
- both Irish qualified attorneys who each practiced law in the Turks & Caicos Islands for more than 10 years before opting to focus exclusively on real estate.
The company is a member of the Turks & Caicos Real Estate
Association ("TCREA").
The company has its
main office in Suite 103 on the first floor of the Ocean Club West Plaza
Building (the building on the corner as you turn off Grace Bay Road to
get to the Grace Bay Club). We maintain a second office to the
right of the main reception desk in Ocean Club West. Contact us by

In addition to a wide range of land,
luxury home and condo listings Turks & Caicos Property, Ltd. is the
principal broker for Ocean Club & Ocean Club West resorts on Grace Bay
(together the largest condo-resort development in the islands) and

Bay subdivision (the largest mixed-use development in the islands). We are
