The Tuscany on Grace Bay beach is a relatively new addition to Grace Bay, completed in 2006.  Architecture is neo-classically inspired incorporating elements of the Caribbean achieving a seamless blend of indoor and outdoor living. The development comprises 30 well-appointed beachfront condominiums in two buildings, a refined entrance pavilion and one of the most photogenic courtyard pools in the islands.  The developer, Brian Butler is known as Cayman's foremost builder of condominium resorts (with 19 completed condo developments on on Seven Mile Beach).

The Tuscany on Grace Bay was originally conceived as more of a residential development with limited "resort-style" services and lower maintenance fees - i.e. there is no on-site spa or restaurant.  Its residential roots can still  be seen in the individually furnished and decorated suite interiors.  Notwithstanding the foregoing the management team have put together an impressive "full-service", luxury resort offering by outsourcing specific services to third party businesses.  By way of example, in-room dining service is provided by the excellent Fairways Grill which is located in the Provo Golf Club right across the road and in-room spa treatments are provided by Spa Sanay and Spa Tropique.  The management and staff have focused with great effect on providing concierge-style services to guests: stocking fridges; assisting with car rentals; booking activities; organizing in-room chefs, etc.  The resulting owner / guest experience is a pleasing blend of personalized services in a luxurious residential setting.  

Floorplans are broadly similar on all floors with living-rooms and master bedrooms opening to huge screened patios overlooking the beach.  The two guest bedrooms flank the entrance with a foyer leading to the kitchen / dining area.  All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. The master bath contains a luxurious platform contoured soaking tub, a separate over-sized shower with European glass door and double vanity sinks.
