It has been a while since I put an article on this site.  I just wanted to make a brief comment about how impressed I am with the recently opened Seven Stars Resort.  I have always been enthusiastic about the project because of its design, specifications and floorplans but the completed product is truly special.  One quirky feature which you may not be aware of is that the Seven Stars Resort has its own security team which is comprised of very polite and unobtrusive Nepalese Gurkhas.  Having a highly trained team of British commandoes for resort security on Provo is obviously overkill, but it underscores the development team's commitment to the peace of mind of its owners and guests.  That sort of attention to detail is apparent throughout the resort, and I fully expect it to set a new standard in service on Grace Bay. 

Those of you planning a trip to Providenciales will be interested to know that the Seven Stars Resort's on-site restaurant "La Pergola" is due to open next week. 

Phase 2 of the development has been put back 24 months because construction on site would have excluded the newly opened resort from Conde Nast.  The resort has been receiving uniformly positive coverage in the travel media (including a feature on NBC's Today show) which has meant that early bookings have been very strong.  These factors combined have had the effect of intensifying purchaser interest in the properties available for resale in the completed first phase.  For those of you looking for confirmation that the high-end condo market is strong should watch activity on Seven Stars listings featured on our main turks and caicos real estate website as they are getting a lot of interest.  If you are interested in buying in the Seven Stars Resort contact us for a complete overview of what is currently available, comparable pricing, etc.
