About The Grace Bay Club 

The Grace Bay Club hotel and the surrounding beachfront lands were purchased, rebranded and developed to incorporate The Villas at Grace Bay Club and The Estate at Grace Bay Club.  The development is operated as a single luxury resort with seven beachfront buildings, 3 pools, and an impressive 750 feet on Grace Bay.  The developers retained the name and built on the existing luxury brand to develop what is possibly the most exciting full service resort on Grace Bay.  The management team have excelled at raising the resort's international profile and creating an enticing atmosphere for guests and owners.  It is worth mentioning that resales prices of condos at the Grace Bay Club development have held up exceedingly well compared to competitors in a tough global real estate environment. It is our view that this is due in no small part to the energy, enthusiasm and focus of the management team. 

The Villas at Grace Bay Club

The Villas at Grace Bay Club are four buildings stretching west of the pre-existing hotel housing 38 separate condos.  Interiors are spacious and finish is high-end: floors are travertine marble tile laid in patterns, counters are granite or travertine, appliances are stainless and furnishings are luxurious.  The floorplans are designed to perform well in a resort rental program with 540 square foot lockout studios increasing the rental options.  Living rooms and master bedrooms culminate in walls of sliding glass giving way to 50 foot wide terraces with spectacular ocean views.  In terms of quality of materials and overall owner/guest experience the Villas at Grace Bay Club is comparable to the Regent Palms, The Seven Stars Resort, The Somerset Stirling Building, Point Grace and perhaps the Regent Grand (the latter having more of a residential feel). 

The Estate at Grace Bay Club

This section of the resort has a separate "adult pool" with its own private bar and pool-side cabanas.  The Estate is comprised of two 6 storey buildings housing 22 sprawling residences: the two penthouses are approximately 7,000 square feet; and remaining residences varying between 4,500 and 4,800 square feet.  Residences in the Estates are "ultra-luxury" by Turks & Caicos' relatively high standards - the nearest comparables are the estate buildings at the Somerset and the penthouses in the Regent Palms and The Seven Stars developments.
